Welcoming pilot customers

CoreFeld Capture

Lecture capture software.
On your terms.

We build Capture for colleges, universities and training teams. Record lectures from a classroom or your computer and publish inside Canvas. Choose managed SaaS or licensed software on your hardware, with direct engineering support.

From the first recording
to the last replay.

A connected workflow for instructors, students and the people supporting them.

01 / RECORD

Teaching keeps moving.

Schedule the semester and edit meetings in place. Start an impromptu class, or record from a Windows or macOS computer with local recovery.

02 / PUBLISH

Put lectures in the course.

LTI 1.3 connects Capture to Canvas. Students watch the embedded Capture player in their course, with synchronized sources, captions and transcripts.

03 / MANAGE

Keep control of the library.

Edit course-role permissions and retention policies. Review viewing activity, administer courses and people, and follow changes in the audit trail.

One lecture-capture platform.
Two ways to run it.

We operate Capture as SaaS, or help your team run it on your own hardware through a consulting engagement.

Managed SaaS

Give us the operations.

We scope your institutional workspace and operating plan through a guided pilot. Production rollout includes agreed software updates, monitoring and backups after acceptance testing.

Customer-managed environment

Deploy in your own environment.

We install licensed Capture software on your servers or virtual machines. Your team controls the environment and recordings. Our consulting covers setup, integrations, acceptance testing and training.

Start small. Evaluate
with your own team.

We evaluate Capture with your instructors and students, using the workflows and equipment you plan to deploy.

01 / SCOPE

Agree on success.

Choose a teaching workflow, integrations and the questions your team needs answered.

02 / TEST

Use the real workflow.

Record, publish into Canvas, test permissions and review playback with instructors and students.

03 / DECIDE

Plan the rollout.

Review results, cloud costs, migration needs, accessibility and support before proceeding.

Keep improving the everyday work.

We focus development on a modern lecture-capture platform that is easier to use and performs well under real teaching workloads. We measure how quickly instructors can record and publish, how promptly playback starts, and how reliably recordings recover after an interruption. Pilot feedback guides each release.

We price against comparable Panopto and Echo360 proposals, with room in the operating plan for engineering and support. There are no per-room or per-user software fees.

Coming from Panopto or Echo360?

We scope an export and migration plan around your library, permissions and course structure.

Plan a migration

Plan your lecture capture workflow.

Prepare your evaluation with practical guides for faculty and campus IT.

Complimentary support for new capture devices

Bring the equipment you use or plan to buy. We include support to integrate new capture devices with CoreFeld Capture for managed SaaS, installations on your hardware and guided pilots, at no additional integration-support charge.

We work with your team on configuration and any Capture adapter changes needed, using the device's available interfaces. We agree on the work and timing together, then test recording and device control with your equipment. Hardware purchases and third-party charges remain part of your equipment budget.

For integration and testing, you must provide a device or remote access to a system that can access the device.
